• Impersonate CTE, its employees, or any other person or entity
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CTE systems
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other personal information from the Site
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

3. Client Portal

Access to the client portal requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify CTE immediately at info@codetalkerseng.com of any unauthorized use of your account. CTE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

All portal activity is logged and monitored. Unauthorized access attempts are reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Site without prior written permission from CTE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if CTE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CTE's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

CTE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
